Return Policy

All our products are unconditionally guaranteed.

We recognize that you may need to return a purchase on occasion, and are committed to making that process as convenient as possible. In the event you need to return a product purchased on our site, please review the following information. If you still have a question, please contact us.

We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product returned is defective or a result of our error.

Defective items: AK Emporium will exchange a defective item for a new product of the same item or will credit your payment if the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs (non-express methods) will be refunded to you. We do require proof of shipping costs (e.g. USPS receipt) in order to do this.

Any returns that do not fit the above requirements may be sent back to you at our discretion.

Incorrect items: AK Emporium will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item.

Follow these steps to return merchandise by mail:

1. Package your return item(s) securely.

2. We recommend you send your returned item(s) via an insured carrier when mailing your return to us. AK Emporium is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

All refunds and/or credits will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of your return. Please contact us if you are not sure whether your purchase is returnable. We will e-mail you a confirmation of your refund once we process your return. Your credit card used for payment is automatically refunded.
